- Outline approaches to multisectoral leadership at global, national and community levels
- Outline approaches and impacts of advocacy, public awareness & strategic communication initiatives
- Describe evidence for the effectiveness of programs and/or campaigns for water safety/drowning prevention
- Review the formulation, implementation and impacts of drowning prevention policy and legislation
- Outline national, sub-national and community water safety plans
- Outline national, sub-national and community partnerships in all areas of drowning prevention
- Evaluate multi-sectoral approaches to drowning prevention
