Presentations
The WCDP 2023 presentations from the breakout sessions are now available to access.
WCDP 2023 has published the presentations online from all 8 breakout sessions. Access is open to all presentations whose authors agreed could be published. There are a number where the authors did not give permission, usually because they contain sensitive data that has not been made available for wider circulation than to those who were present at the specific session at WCDP 2023.
This short guide explains how to access the presentations via a shared folder in the ILS OneDrive account. They have been organised in the order in which they were presented – the 8 breakout sessions that were held in 8 meeting rooms throughout the conference.
As a reminder, the breakout sessions were held on the following days and times:
- Session 2 – Day 1 – 5th December – 11:30 to 13:00
- Session 3 – Day 1 – 5th December – 14:00 to 15:30
- Session 6 – Day 2 – 6th December – 11:00 to 12:30
- Session 7 – Day 2 – 6th December – 13:30 to 15:00
- Session 8 – Day 2 – 6th December – 15:30 to 17:00
- Session 9 – Day 3 – 7th December – 09:00 to 10:30
- Session 10 – Day 3 – 7th December – 11:00 to 12:30
- Session 11 – Day 3 – 7th December – 13:30 to 15:00

This will give you access to the ILS OneDrive folder for WCDP 2023 Presentations as follows:
Note: presentation files have been converted to PDF’s for ease of viewing and size. This means that any embedded videos are not available in the PDF format.
The Excel file “WCDP 2023 Presentations – Index.xlsx” contains an index of all the presenters and their presentations where publication has been authorised. Where publication has not been authorised, the presenters name is shaded in red, the session number and the paper title are also in red text.
The first sheet is arranged in session order, and the presentations for each session are shown in the order of being presented during the 90-minute session.
The second sheet is list of all presenters, arranged in alphabetical order, by last name:
To access the presentation you want, first find the room and session number in the index. Then go to the WCDP Conference folder as in the image on page 1 of this document. Clicking on this folder name will open a folder containing each meeting room in a sub-folder as follows:
When you select a sub-folder it will then open a further sub-folder showing the three days of the conference:
Select the day in question and a list of the available sessions that were held in that room that day is shown, e.g. Room M7 Session 7 Day 2 Wed 6th:
Select the session that you wish to view and the list of available papers, plus the welcome slide showing all the presentations due in that session are shown:
Whichever way you choose to access the presentation that you wish to see, you can either view it online, or alternatively download it to your own PC/Laptop/Tablet/Mobile.
At the top of the window you will see the options available. Because of the wide frame view it is advisable to download the file rather than try and print it direct from the browser window. Select the “Download” option and it will automatically download to your PC/Laptop/Tablet/Mobile that you are using to view this.
Note also that on the right-hand side there is a navigation facility that allows you to scroll through all of the presentations and the welcome slide that are in this session.
