Delegate Online Registration Process:
All delegates including speakers need to register for the World Conference on Drowning Prevention 2023.
Additional persons attending the conference dinner, pre-conference workshops and field trips are also required to register.

Registration Notes:
- All Registration Fees for the World Conference on Drowning Prevention 2023 will need to be paid in Australian Dollars (AUD)
- A $15 AUD booking fee will apply per booking (for group bookings, applied to group contact). Please consider this as you plan your booking/s for the conference including registration, conference dinner and workshops and field trips.
Upon successful registration, a confirmation screen will appear. In addition, a confirmation email/s will be forwarded to the nominated email address/s with the Registration ID Number/s and Registration Invoice / Summary.
Conference Registration – Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations must be received in writing – via email to Conference Secretariat, World Conference on Drowning Prevention 2023.
- For cancellations received on or before 4 September 2023 (approximately 90 days prior to the conference). The full registration fee paid minus AUD $75 processing fee will be refunded.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of registration fees plus a AUD $75 processing fee will be applied for cancellations received between 5th September 2023 and 14 October 2023.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations received from 15 October 2023 (less than 45 days before the Conference).
- If a delegate fails to attend (Non-attendance), registration fees will not be refunded.
- Substitutions may be accepted and need to be advised in writing via email to Conference Secretariat, World Conference on Drowning Prevention 2023.
